Which items go in a backpack?
Toque, mitts, scarf, socks, a mask, toiletries & a $5 coffee card.
What kind of items are needed?
We can use toques, mitts, scarves, socks, toiletries, feminie hygeine products or a $5 coffee card.
New or gently used items are welcome!
How are these items distributed?
Dedicated volunteers sort, organize and pack the bags. They are then handed out to the vulnerable and houseless population in the inner city.

20% of proceeds of sales of the new Warm Hands, Warm Hearts prints will be donated. You can request tights, buffs, hats and hoodies in the new design by emailing: [email protected]
Where do my registration dollars go?
Your registration money goes into buying new goods to fill backpacks whether it be mittens, scarves, coffee cards whatever is needed at the end.
When is package pickup?
Friday, November 10
Running Room 109 Street from 4:45 to 6:45 PM.
Can I pickup my friend/family/team packages?
YES please limit the amount of people coming in by sending a team rep if possible.
What distance options are there for the run?
This year we are offering a 5K family friendly run/walk as well as 10km or 20km run options.

What if I don't Have items but Still want to help?
You can buy a pre-stuffed backpack for an extra $40 when you register for the run. Our team will go and do the shopping for you!
